When deciding to make a mustard, one thing was obvious to us: We wanted a natural product with no added flavours, preservatives and colourings plus typical regional ingredients should be used.

Unique Fischerauer Pumpkin seed mustard is made from Fischerauer apple cider vinegar, mustard seeds, spices, salt, sugar and pumpkin seeds. Pumpkin seed mustard is patented.
