This vinegar is made from fresh green pepper. From green peppers, you get a typical and intensive tasting wine and during the vinegar production the taste becomes even more intensive. So this vinegar is very typical and perfect for tomato salad, chinese cooking and all types of food, where you (would) add fresh green pepper. Try it and love it.
