Description
A fresh sweet wine was the basic product for this intensive vinegar. Typical taste of white grapes with a little character of berries. Perfect for the blue cheese dressing but also for all other dressings and salads. We recommend sweet wine vinegar instead of balsamic vinegar to keep the natural colour of the food. Suggestion: Use waltnut oil, grape seed oil or a delicate olive oil.
