This black currant balsamic vinegar, made in traditional balsamic way, was aged in four different types of barrels and is 12 years old. It is an exclusive vinegar and only available at our shop and production. So it is exclusive and rare. It is delivered in a wonderful wooden box. How to use: Only add some drops of this precious balsamic vinegar to enhance vegetables (tomato + mozzarella), cheese (parmiggiano), meat (carpaccio), strawberries and vanilla ice-cream.
