By continuously controlling the temperature and air supply, fermentation vinegar can be prepared in a very short time. Depending on the type of fruit, the process takes between 12 and 36 hours, which also ensures economical utilization of the PRO submerged vinegar plant.
Depending on the size of the system, specialties can be produced from as little as 70 liters of base wine. This means that even small producers can produce excellent vinegar.
